    Step 1

    Hands and plugs should be clean prior to use.

    Remove the cotton packing and work each earplug between your fingers until it becomes soft and supple.

    Step 2

    Press the earplug over your ear for approximately 10 seconds until it expands and remoulds itself into shape. Insert the ear plugs carefully and gently.

    Step 3

    If the ear plugs doesn’t seem to fit properly, remove it and try again. These soft ear plugs will not damage the ear; they are made to expand fully to best protect your hearing.

    • Wax ear plugs should be kept in original packaging before use.
    • Store in a cool, dry place
    • Keep away from children
    • If there is too much pressure inside your ear, remove and try again until comfortable.
    • Although the Wax ear plugs  can be cleaned and reused, consider replacing every 3-4 uses

If the items have not already been sent, then we will cancel and refund your order using your original payment method, and we will confirm our action via e-mail.

    If the items have already been sent out, then we will e-mail you with a confirmation of the dispatch date and you will need to wait until receipt of the goods and contact us upon their arrival before we can process either returns and/or refund to your account.
