HOT OR COLD CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For cold use: Place in the fridge for roughly 2 hours before use or leave overnight.
For warm use: Heat in the microwave for up to 30 seconds with the fabric material facing down. If it is not warm enough, reheat for an additional 15 seconds.
- Only reheat in 15-second intervals.
- Read pack instructions and warnings before use.
- For external use only. In case of accidental intake, consult a doctor and seek medical attention.
- In case of direct contact between eye or skin with gel rinse thoroughly with cool water and discontinue use.
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Keep out of reach of children.

Where products are in stock, we normally dispatch orders within 1 working day. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with details of your order number. If the items have not already been sent, then we will cancel and refund your order using your original payment method, and we will confirm our action via e-mail.
If the items have already been sent out, then we will e-mail you with a confirmation of the dispatch date and you will need to wait until receipt of the goods and contact us upon their arrival before we can process either returns and/or refund to your account.
