Warm your favourite teapot or cup if you are using an infuser. Take one heaped teaspoon of tea per person and place it into the teapot or infuser. Fill a kettle with filtered water, ideally, and bring it to the boil. Pour boiling water into the pot or infuser. Allow to steep for four to five minutes, or longer if you prefer a stronger flavour. Pour into your favourite cup and drink without milk. You can add a splash of cold water, or simply allow your tea to cool to your preferred temperature. Sit back, relax and sip your tea, allowing your body and mind to unwind.
Store in a cool and dry place. Use 1 teaspoon per cup, between 4-6 gram and brew for 3-5 minutes at 100C.
